Agile practitioners can use various games to reach a consensus or make decisions as a team. One of these games is a Product Box Exercise.
This is a typical collaboration game that relies on a marketing mindset toward a project to help the team understand and communicate the vision and value of a product.
During this interactive workshop, we will take participants on a step-by-step guide on how to apply this Agile game for:

  • Requirements Management
  • Product Lifecycle Management
  • Product Service & Improvement

We will use a very interesting case study that involves current technology trends, healthcare concerns, mass manufacturing, ethical conundrums, and navigating risks and regulations to practice this exercise.
Get ready to have some fun while learning how this Agile game can help to get you and your project team motivated, involved, and engaged right from the start when it comes to any project!
