Peter Ryan is the Managing Director BeNeLux and Global Practice Lead for Project Management at emagine Consulting. emagine – a PM-Led IT & Business consultancy – help organisations transform through technology.

Peter is a passionate life-long project manager with over 28 years PM’ing under his belt establishing an international reputation for project delivery success. Therein, Peter has worked in structural roles as PM/PMO Director at Motorola, Adecco, IBO and IDP. As a Consulting Director he has led and coached major transformation programs at Shell, Stryker, BHP Billiton, BNG Bank and numerous Government agencies globally.

Peter, a former 4-year Board Director in the PMI NL, is a regular speaker at PM symposia. Peter has a B.Sc IT, a Post-Grad in PM, Certified PM (IPMA, PMI, Prince2) & Agilist (Scrum, SAFe). Peter is a founding member & Board Director of Agelerate – a federation of Dutch PM Consultancies.

Murat Tarakci is a Professor of Innovation Strategy at the Rotterdam School of Management, Erasmus University. 

Murat's mission is to create a positive impact by inciting innovative organizations well-poised to address the world’s current challenges. His research and education activities focus on how organizations formulate and execute strategies to manage innovations. An innovation strategy inspires, directs, and calibrates innovation activities to achieve the organization’s strategic-level goals and to tackle the world's problems.

His research has been published in leading academic journals such as Strategic Management Journal, Journal of Applied Psychology, Journal of Management, Journal of Management Studies, and Journal of Operations Management. His research has also been featured in popular media outlets, including Financial Times and Harvard Business Review.

Murat recognizes that an organization’s ability to innovate for the greater good requires a collaborative effort. Accordingly, he regularly coaches executives and helps organizations with their innovation and strategy-related challenges.

Prof. Dr.-Ing. Sebastian Thiede is a full professor of Manufacturing Systems at the University of Twente (Netherlands) and chairman of the Department of Design, Production, and Management (DPM) within the Faculty of Engineering Technology. He is also strongly connected to the Fraunhofer Innovation Platform for Advanced Manufacturing at the University of Twente as well as the Twente Battery Centre. Prof. Thiede is interested in innovative technologies, methods, and tools for the planning and operation of manufacturing systems and whole factories. Prof. Thiede has conducted various projects and published more than 270 publications in scientific journals, on academic conferences, and in books. Prof. Thiede is also the ambassador of the Smart Industry route within the Dutch National Science Agenda (NWA) and besides that Associate Member of CIRP, the International Academy of Production Engineering, as well as a member of IALF, the International Association of Learning Factories.

His expertise is further solidified by multiple IT certifications, including ITIL and CISSP, underscoring his comprehensive understanding of the IT landscape and project management principles.
